Emma teaches Pilates at Bend Pilates focusing on supplementing traditional training for sports endeavors or to fully return to athletic performance after injury. Group classes are taught at an intermediate and advanced level with an expectation that clients know how to use and set-up Pilates equipment, can support a neutral spine in intermediate exercises, and know how to modify exercises for individual anatomies/ histories. Private sessions are geared for clients specific needs/goals and will meet the clients Pilates familiarity from first-timer to a well seasoned instructor.
